● For every 1 cup of mix, add 1 ¼ cups of water and stir well until the mixture is smooth and lump-free.
● Let it soak for 10-15 minutes.
● Grease the idli mould with a little oil. Pour the batter into the moulds and steam for 20 minutes.
● Serve hot with Podi, Chutney & Sambar.
