Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India via reliable logistics partners including registered domestic courier companies and speed post. All orders are dispatched from our central warehouse located in Mumbai, ensuring fresh products reach you in optimal condition.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days are prioritized for same-day dispatch
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
  • A dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applied
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable
  • No additional charges or hidden fees will be levied

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2-4 working days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 working days
  • Tier 3 Towns: 5-7 working days
  • Remote Areas: 6-9 working days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier partner schedules, weather conditions, local strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Terms

  • All deliveries will be made to the address provided during checkout
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during business hours
  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier partner will attempt redelivery or contact you for rescheduling
  • If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply
