How to Make

Sprouted Moong & Foxtail Chilla Mix
● For 1 cup of Millet Chilla Mix, add 1 cup of water and mix well to form a smooth batter.
● Spread sufficient batter on the preheated pan and add butter/edible oil on the side.
● Roast on both sides till golden brown.
● Serve hot with Podi, Chutney & Sambar.

Kodo Khichdi Mix
● For every 1 cup of mix, add 6 cups of water to a deep pan and bring it to a boil.
● Add 1 tbsp of desi ghee (optional), then stir in the khichdi mix and cover with a lid.
● Cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce the flame and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
● Your warm, nutritious Khichdi is ready to serve!

Little Millet Dosa Mix
● For 1 cup of Millet Dosa Mix, add 1 ¼ cup of water, mix well and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes. Add more water if the batter is thick.
● Spread sufficient batter on the preheated dosa pan and add butter/edible oil on the side, roast till golden brown.
● Serve hot with Podi, Chutney & Sambar

Barnyard Idli Mix
● For 1 cup of Millet Idli Mix add 1 ½ cup of water, mix well until you get a smooth batter without lumps. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
● Grease the Idli mould with edible oil/ghee. Pour the batter into the idli mould. Steam for 12-15 minutes on medium flame.
● Serve hot with Podi, Chutney & Sambar.
