How to Make

Kodo Khichdi Mix
โ— For every 1 cup of mix, add 6 cups of water to a deep pan and bring it to a boil.
โ— Add 1 tbsp of desi ghee (optional), then stir in the khichdi mix and cover with a lid.
โ— Cook on medium flame for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce the flame and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
โ— Your warm, nutritious Khichdi is ready to serve!

Little Millet Dosa Mix
โ— For 1 cup of Millet Dosa Mix, add 1 ยผ cup of water, mix well and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes. Add more water if the batter is thick.
โ— Spread sufficient batter on the preheated dosa pan and add butter/edible oil on the side, roast till golden brown.
โ— Serve hot with Podi, Chutney & Sambar

Barnyard Idli Mix
โ— For 1 cup of Millet Idli Mix add 1 ยฝ cup of water, mix well until you get a smooth batter without lumps. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
โ— Grease the Idli mould with edible oil/ghee. Pour the batter into the idli mould. Steam for 12-15 minutes on medium flame.
โ— Serve hot with Podi, Chutney & Sambar.
