Refund policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or until they are shipped โ€” whichever is earlier
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

  • Cancelled orders will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of food products and to maintain hygiene standards, we have a limited returns policy:

We DO NOT accept returns for:

  • Products that have been delivered in good condition
  • Products opened or consumed partially
  • Products returned after the specified time limit
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective)

We DO accept returns/replacements for:

  • Products that arrive damaged or in poor condition
  • Products that are expired or close to expiry
  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Products with manufacturing defects or quality issues

Return Process

If you receive a product that falls under our acceptable returns category:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@milletmatters.com
  2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue
  3. Our quality team will review your case within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, we'll arrange for pickup of the product (free of charge)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund or replacement

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once your return request is verified and approved, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement โ€” your choice
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
  • Replacement products will be shipped within 1-2 business days of approval
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refund Timeline

  • Online payments (UPI/Cards/Net Banking): 5-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery returns: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days (bank details required)

Non-Refundable Items

  • Shipping charges (unless return is due to our error)
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Products returned after the 3-day window
  • Gift cards and promotional offers
