FAQs

1. What makes millet-based products healthier than regular options?

Millets are naturally gluten-free, rich in fiber, packed with essential nutrients, and have a lower glycemic index than refined grains — making them a smart choice for sustained energy, digestion, and overall wellness.

2. Do I need to soak or ferment this mix?

No. This is an instant mix — just add water, rest for a few minutes, and steam. No soaking or fermentation required.

3. Will the idlis turn out soft and fluffy?

Yes. Despite being made from millets, the idlis have a light, fluffy texture — with no compromise on taste or feel.

4. Does it contain any maida or preservatives?

No. It’s a 100% clean-label product with no maida, preservatives, or artificial ingredients.

5. How many idlis can I make from one pack?

You can make approximately 15–17 idlis from a 175g pack, depending on mould size and batter thickness.
